Bar Osteria Dove grew out of a simple conviction: good Italian cooking doesn't need shortcuts. It needs time, good produce and people who love their craft.

Our dough matures for 72 hours with natural leavening, our pasta is homemade, fish and meat come from the grill. The menu stays deliberately compact — so every detail is right.

Dove means “where”. The answer is simple: where people take their time. We'd be delighted if you took some of yours with us.
